Banana Gold at River Sabaki! 

Banana farming is arguable one of the most rapidly growing ventures in Kilifi County. Now at the At the banks of River Sabaki in Kilifi County, fortunes are being cultivated as hardworking farmers turn fertile soils into thriving ventures. the farmer has benefited a lot from banana faming and this is a story worth reading.

Mr Ibrahim Gohu from Mongotini village left his work in Nairobi and decided to start farming here in 2012 and he doesn't regret to date. He is doing good but he called for support form the county government so that he benefits from the crop.

He wants to scale his farm to increase more production on banana but only if the government supports them with irrigation pumps and other farm subsidies
